I know there's a way to make small announcements, but I have forgotten how, and do people even pay attention to those, anyway?

All right, so I've been inactive for a few months now (see here: I'm Back... ish.), and I wasn't really planning to post stuff here at all.  The thing is, I'm still invested in and attached to the groups I've joined, and while PMDU has no set return date,  FFM is definitely happening soon.  So... I guess I'll post here again, but only for group-related things.  I know that the problems regarding DA's supposed art theft happened years ago, and that other people seem fine, but their Terms of Agreement still sounds very sketchy, and I'd prefer not to risk it.  I am trying to start an art and writing blog on Tumblr (spacedoutwitch.tumblr.com), though, so we'll see where it goes.

The good news: My dad fiddled around with my computer and managed to fix it, more or less. I'm still getting a few pop-ups here and there, but for the most part, my computer is no longer a barely-functioning piece of garbage.

So... yeah. I really don't want DA owning my work, let alone my username.  The problem is, I still really want to participate in groups like and . Also, the majority of the stuff I've saved on here isn't saved anywhere else. I don't even know where I'd move it, let alone how long it would take me. There are comics and whatnot that are exclusive to here, too...

I'm not sure what to do about this. If anyone could offer suggestions, that would be nice...

But in spite of clarifying their agreement on Tumblr, they've made no changes to the agreement itself, and said agreement sounds sketchy as heck so???????

Okay, so I can technically use my computer, but only on Internet Explorer.  And Bing.  And with viruses.  So...  I think I'm still going to wait until this thing is in something closer to working order than it is now.  I'm an indecisive person, though, so we'll see.
